Meet The Owner
Vivian Norman brings over 15 years of experience as a learning and development professional, specializing in the design and development of training programs, curricula, and training materials for various companies.
In addition to her role as a small business owner, Vivian is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor with a passion for educating and coaching small business owners, self-employed individuals, freelancers, and solopreneurs. Her focus is on helping them establish robust business foundations and effectively manage their business and finances.
Notably, Vivian recently collaborated with Interise to revamp and enrich their StreetWise ‘MBA’ curriculum. This program equips small business owners with the essential business knowledge, management expertise, and networks necessary for business growth.
Vivian also served as a coach at Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs (ACE)’s Annual Speed Coaching event. During this event, she provided valuable guidance and advice to small business owners on key topics such as:
- Loan Readiness: Loan Requirements, Cash Flow/Forecasting, Financial Management, and Credit
- Sources of Funding: Traditional Loans, Micro Loans, Angel Investing, and Crowd Funding
